Ezeas Mold and Mildew contains the following:

For heavily stained areas you can either use multiple applications or leave the Gel on for a longer period of time. However, our experience has shown that provided the Gel has direct contact with the affected area, it's effective after the first application.
We have experienced situations where the silicone was damaged and mould had grown deep inside the cut in the silicone. In this instance, the Gel was unable to make contact with the mould, but as the silicone and integrity of the seal was compromised, the silicone should be replaced. EzeAs Mould and Mildew is specifically designed to be used on silicone that is undamaged, however stained with mould & mildew.

Yes, it does work on grout, however, the gel needs to be left on for up to 12 hours and may need a second application.
